The Rabbit Kit Track Exam
When a WindClan kit becomes six moons of age, they are taken only a few strides out of camp to the Rabbit Kit Track: a well-groomed soil track that is usually left to apprentices and elders to help keep the track clean!
The track is also a spot just for a cat wanting to stretch their legs but are confined to the camp area, if they need the physical therapy or exercise.
If a kit manages to run one full lap around the track without growing tired, stopping, or fumbling, they are ready to become a WindClan apprentice!
If they fail, however (and this would be of the player's choice/volition, for spice or drama if they so choose! A dice roll system would be a bit unfair in this.) - they are not ready to be an apprentice, and must wait 1 week in-character before trying again.
The WindClan Warrior Assessment: The Windrocks Exam (1/3)
The first exam of the WindClan warrior assessment is the Eagle's Eye Exam: where the apprentice is taken out to the Windrocks (the tallest rocks on the highest hill of the moor) with their mentor and assessed on their sense of smell and sight.
The WindClan Warrior Assessment: The Hunting Exam (2/3)
The second exam of the WindClan warrior assessment is the Hunting exam: in secret, the mentor will watch the apprentice as they hunt one piece of prey - and depending on how well they did, they will pass onto the next trial of the assessment!
The WindClan Warrior Assessment: The Stamina Exam (3/3)
The third exam of the WindClan warrior assessment is the Stamina exam; which tests an apprentice's endurance and, you guessed it, stamina. They must complete a full circuit of the traditional moorland trail around WindClan's edge of the lake, from the furthest north river to the edge of the farmyard.
An apprentice must pass all three parts of this exam in order to become a warrior - but there can be some special cases where a cat can be named a warrior after a bold feat of bravery, like saving a Clanmate from a predator or enemy in battle and the like.
