ONE WEEK AGO.
the gathering is a heavily anticipated event for discussion among the forest leaders. more twolegs have arrived, and the riverland and wetland cats grow anxious as leaf-fall grows deeper and colder. their prey thins, and their patrols are limited so badly that some scentmarkers have not been touched in a week due to the twolegs encroaching more of their land.

they do not seem to actively cause harm, but last week when one shouted in alarm at a cat spotted in the grass, it set shadowclan warriors on edge.

ONE MOON AGO.
at first, the number of twolegs entering shadowclan's and riverclan's territory were minimal. one or two, with odd pelts. then in only a week more came upon the forest's wetlands, scaring away prey and any patrols close to their 'makeshift camps'.

shadowclan pushes for more of the trees on thunderclan's side of the thunderpath, terrified that their prey will be waned thin before leaf-bare even strikes by the invading twolegs.
riverclan, too, is anxious, turned away from hunting on one of the most popular fishing spots due to a twoleg encampment posed right along the water.

leaf-fall came upon the forest briskly, setting the stage for a dark and early leaf-bare, to every cat's dismay. increased monster activity around the thunderpath made prey scarce for the neighboring clans, setting tensions between thunderclan and shadowclan at a high so early into the colder moons.
